Brenda is getting sick of thesis!
Brenda knows she shouldn't be feeling like this cos she needs the passion to see thesis thru..
but fact is the journey of thesis is long n ardous and there's simply no time to rest!
Brenda starts to panick if she can even finish thesis on time and do a good job... it's less then 2 months away to submission and of cos end of misery!
Brenda is sick of thesis but she does not hate thesis!
She still found some fun and excitement in thesis and really hopes to do a good job!
Brenda thinks she's getting very ironic and contradicting in this post but actually she's just having mixed feelings...
Brenda is ending her post cos she's returning to do her thesis!

Skip Beat!

Seriously feeling the inertia to work again aft burning out for interim crit. The crit went quite well for me and that's at least something to be glad about :)

spent the past 2 days watching Skip Beat! anime... heehee! I'm not a fan of raps but this song (ending theme of the anime) playing on my blog is prolly one of the few raps that I really like...really makes me genki genki again! haha!

a new year has finally started.... but here, i've got no resolutions made (kinda pointless since i nv seemed to fulfill most of them all this while)

anyw.. i have been slacking too much for the hols though it shouldn't really be a hols at all :S
cant get to sleep now and just felt so lost abt everything in life... argh! My family is fine n im thankful that i've got a nice family though there's some not so nice things abt it too (but who isn't?)

I've got my education coming to an end soon... and i should be happy to be done with sch as i alway wanted to... but now i dun hanker aft the tot so much as it approach realisation... sighzz... its seems like wat lies ahead of me is so near n clear yet so far n vague (gosh! sounds oxymoronic huh)

Argh! I know this is just a passing phase n i hope it will pass soon....

Tokyo Et Paris Bolero

If u on ur speakers while reading this blog of mine... u r most likely listening to the beautiful melody of a new rendition of Bolero (yesh! Classical! at least orginal ver) and not to forget the melodious violin by Emiri Miyamoto! This song is the ending theme of anime Nodame Cantabile Paris-hen which im currently addicted to!

I love how it started off the classical way and slowly transit into a light hearted song with swing and vocal added. Definitely one of my favourite version of Bolero! (should hear the Pink Martini version too!) though it's probably only 50% sounding like the original melody.

Damn I should be either doing my powerpoint presentation now or off to slumberland... why am I doing unimportant stuff now? hahaha

The Singapore Grand Prix

Watched the first F1 night race over the live telecast just now. I'm no F1 fan but was simply joining in the craze and buzz about the whole affair especially it's taking place in my homeland! And the whole race was simply dramatic and exciting!

The race unfolds into an unexpected result and I really pity Massa. Think he really damn suay today! But nevertheless, the race was a new experience for me cos it's reallythe very first time I watch thru a whole race!

Anyw, I'm so proud of Singapore! Never knew the place I lived in could be this dazzling and alluring with all the lights! Simply beautiful!

Guess that after the Singapore GP, I would pay a little more attention on such races.. it's really exciting! hahah

Time to Desert...

my dissertation! submitted mine on wed which is a day earlier than submission day... printing was abit screwed for me but I would say that dissertation was overall smooth for me... hopefully will get a decent grade for it!

FDA's shortlisting is out... and I know I din get shortlisted cos what i received was a "thank you for your participation" email! hahaa... oh well.. there's always next year!

Thesis's starting... in fact meeting my tutor this evening... hopefully what I proposed is fine with him...

Off to slumber land bef I needa slog my guts out again and lose my precious sleep soon!

In the final year, but duno anything!

That's right! I've come to the last year of my architectural education only to realise that I seriously do not know much!

Attended a site meeting today and realised that what I had learnt in school is just simply the tip of a giant ice-berg. To speak of the truth, if my future boss simply ask me to chair a site meeting, I would definitely die a super ugly death! *cross fingers and pray hard*

I had better start to learn more before I graduate... well, time is short but better den waiting for doom to arrive! (which will arrive anyway...)

The Incredible Shrinking Brenda!

Friends have told me I've shrunk again!
Perhaps most ladies would love to hear it but it's almost nightmare to me!

I was on Proj F (F for Fattening) before but it was a flop... so now! I'm going to move on to Proj G (G for Grow!) which sounds at least healthier that fattening and better than F for fail and flop!

May my friends see a BIGGER Brenda soon!

can finally have more time to zzzz... till Prof Tse get back to me on the changes...
well.. cross fingers and pray nothing much needs to be changed!
and... just slack while I can afford to do so in the mean time!
